Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a People Operations Shared Service Specialist based in Madrid to support French payroll and HR administration across the employee lifecycle. You will handle payroll data, onboarding, and HRIS tasks using Workday and SmartRecruiters, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Fluency in French and English is required, with hospitality experience preferred. You will collaborate with the France People Operations Partner, maintain records, and contribute to continuous process

Formación

• Significant experience in French payroll and personnel administration.
• Strong knowledge of French payroll processes, including absences, overtime and bonuses.
• Experience with Workday, SmartRecruiters or similar HR systems, as well as Microsoft Office.
• Fluent French and good working English.
• Hospitality or service-sector experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-level support and guidance to Department Heads and employees regarding HR and payroll policies.
• Manage French payroll processes ensuring accuracy, reliability and compliance with deadlines.
• Provide administrative support across payroll and HR processes from pre-selection through to employment.
• Collaborate with Department Heads to ensure onboarding experiences and documentation.
• Support the management of the performance management process with HRIS involvement.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in line with legal requirements.
• Support with employee benefits, leave, absences and other payroll-related activities.
• Work with the Shared Services team to improve HR and payroll processes and data quality.
