Job summary

IQVIA is recruiting an enthusiastic FR-native candidate to build and maintain a pool of doctors for our market research studies at our Madrid Production Hub. You will invite physicians to join the panel, engage them, and support ongoing participation through responsive follow-ups.

The role requires French as a native language and good English for trainings and internal communications. You will work in a diverse team, handling documentation, translations, and outreach across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication via telephone and email.
• Analytical skills are important for evaluating responses and data.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is a plus.
• Additional tasks may include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow up on their participation; build doctor engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to maximise participation rates.
• Ensure participation targets by using diverse communication channels and persuasive arguments.
