AsstrA in Valencia, Spain is seeking a Freight Forwarding Specialist to research routes, weigh perishable or dangerous goods considerations, and negotiate contracts and transportation costs for FTL and LTL shipments.

You will organize road consolidation, arrange courier services, and maintain communication at all stages, producing management reports and unit cost analyses, while benefiting from private medical insurance, onboarding with a mentor, and internal training.

Formación

• Experience in FTL and LTL shipments in Freight Forwarding.
• Strong negotiation skills and market awareness.
• Spanish native with English at B2 level.

Responsabilidades

• Researching and planning the most suitable route for shipments, factoring perishable/dangerous goods, cost, transit time and safety.
• Negotiating contracts and transportation/ handling costs.
• Offering road consolidation services and cost-effective, safe solutions.
• Organizing courier services and specialized manual handling.
• Maintaining communication and control at all stages, including producing management reports and unit cost analyses.

• Organizing courier services and specialized manual handling;
• Maintaining communication and control at all stages of the journey, including the production of management reports and statistical and unit cost analyses.

• Good level of negotiation skills;
• Knowledge of the market, including innovations, price levels;

• Spanishnative, Englishat B2 level.
