Factorial HR seeks an SDR Team Lead for the French Market in Barcelona to coach and empower a high-performing SDR team. You will blend strategic planning with hands-on leadership, shaping prospecting campaigns and KPI tracking while helping your squad close more opportunities.

You’ll mentor through ongoing training, ensure targets like demos and MRR are met, and collaborate with Sales Managers, AEs, and Marketing to drive a unified prospecting strategy.

Formación

• Proven experience leading SDR/BDR teams in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong coaching and mentorship capabilities with a data-driven mindset.
• Fluent in French with excellent English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and inspire a team of SDRs focused on the French market; set the tone with energy and example.
• Turn KPIs into action: analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven strategies to boost productivity and results.
• Coach your team to success through ongoing training sessions, daily feedback, and tailored development plans.
• Keep motivation high! Foster a positive, dynamic, and collaborative culture where people feel empowered to take ownership.
• Partner with Sales Managers, AEs, and Marketing to define a unified prospecting strategy that opens real opportunities.
• Ensure your team consistently hits individual and team goals, from demos to MRR.
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement & RevOps to ensure training on latest tools and messaging, and share insights with AE Team Leads and Sales Director.
• Make sure that in your squad, sales is both fun and impactful.
