Job summary

IAG Engine Tech in Madrid seeks an FP&A Specialist - Repair Business Partner to own P&L and lead performance analysis for the repair segment. You will build the financial management framework, partnering with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain and Commercial / Bidding to optimize profitability, productivity, capacity and working capital.

You will drive planning, forecasting and strategic planning, develop robust models for workload and cost drivers, and analyze profitability by repair type

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A, controlling, industrial finance or business partnering.
• Experience in aerospace, MRO, manufacturing or repair is a plus.
• Strong planning, modelling and decision-support skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L and performance analysis for the repair business.
• Lead monthly performance reviews and define corrective actions.
• Lead budget, forecast and strategic planning for the repair unit.
• Develop models for workload, capacity, and cost drivers.
• Provide financial inputs to bidding for repairs and tenders.
