ITP Aero Group. in Madrid area seeks an experienced production lead to direct day-to-day engine shop activities, ensuring safe, compliant execution across teardown, inspection, assembly and release stages.

You will drive workforce performance, monitor progress, and coordinate with Engine Service to meet TAT, quality and customer commitments. The role requires strong leadership, aerospace MRO knowledge, and proficiency with SAP, Power BI and Excel.

Formación

• Bachelor-level or higher in Aerospace/Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent hands-on experience in engine maintenance, overhaul and shop floor operations.
• Experience in aerospace MRO operations or engine maintenance environments.
• Proven leadership of operational teams in workshop or production settings.
• Knowledge of safety, regulatory requirements and quality systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day production activities in the workshop area, ensuring safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate Gate 0, Gate 1, Gate 3 and Gate 4 activities across engine teardown, inspection, assembly and release.
• Supervise technicians, inspectors and staff to ensure safe, efficient shop floor execution.
• Ensure production plans align with engine schedules and Engine Service priorities.
• Monitor daily progress, identify delays or bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
• Balance workloads and allocate resources to maximize productivity and capacity.
• Support recovery plans for material shortages, technical issues or schedule deviations.
• Lead daily operational reviews and handovers, communicating priorities and risks.
• Support workforce qualification, training and certification requirements.
