Job summary

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent.
• MBA or credits toward MBA preferred.
• 3 years of experience in Finance or Accounting; FP&A preferred.
• Fluent English and Dutch are mandatory; Spanish is a plus.
• High level of Excel skills.
• Reporting with Oracle Smart View; Power BI, Alteryx and AI assistants a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supports operating planning, forecasting and variance analysis for actual vs plan/forecast.
• Builds and uses forecast models with key drivers and trend analysis.
• Produces recurring and ad hoc management reports and supports financial close activities.
• Partners with stakeholders to align on business priorities and drive decision making.
• Assists in KPI management and performance analysis.
