Job summary

ADP is seeking an FP&A Analyst with 3 years of FP&A experience to lead planning, forecasting and financial analysis. The role involves building models, validating assumptions, and presenting variance analyses to senior management.

Responsibilities include supporting operating planning, KPI management, management reporting, financial close activities, and strategic initiatives. Excellent Excel skills and experience with Oracle SmartView, Power BI and Alteryx are valued.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent.
• MBA or credits toward MBA preferred.
• 4 Years of Experience in FP&A.
• Fluent English is mandatory. Other European languages is a plus.
• High level of Excel skills.
• Reporting Oracle SmartView and usage of Power BI, Alteryx, and AI assistants is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operating Planning and Forecasting: supports annual operating plan aligned to strategic plan and forecasts visibility into results.
• Runs operating plan models and incorporates guidance on validated assumptions; assists in plan presentation.
• Assists in building forecast models using key drivers and trend analysis.
• Assists in creating analytical tools and models for expenses driving efficiencies.
• Management Reporting and Financial Close: produces and distributes reports; ensures control environment in collaboration with process owners.
• Prepares variance analysis on actual vs plan/forecast.
• Assists in presenting results to senior management.
• Business Analysis: uses data analysis to solve complex problems.
• Manages KPIs such as backlog, staffing, starts/no starts, labor productivity, and client satisfaction.
• Strategic Planning and Initiatives: supports growth strategies and initiatives like M&A, product launches, market entry.
