Vivid Money is redefining how modern businesses, growing SMEs, and financial institutions manage and optimize their capital. From high-yield Interest Accounts and multi-currency infrastructure to treasury tools and team cards, we provide the modern financial platform that traditional banks make too slow and expensive.

We are seeking a Founding SDR for the DACH market, working directly with our Founding Account Executive as the first SDR on the team.

Formación

• 1–3 years of outbound prospecting experience (SDR/BDR) in B2B FinTech, SaaS, or financial services, preferably within the DACH market.
• Founding/builder mindset: high agency, comfortable with ambiguity, and motivated by creating processes from scratch.
• Ability to speak the language of SMB founders and CFOs, with a strong interest in how treasury setups operate.
• Tech-savvy & AI-native: active user of modern sales stacks and AI prospecting tools.
• Tenacious & resilient: motivated by raw pipeline creation and rapid iteration.
• Languages: full professional fluency in German and English.

Responsabilidades

• Build the Outbound Engine: architect, build, and test cold outreach sequences across phone, email, and LinkedIn targeting SMB decision-makers across Germany.
• Map & Test New Personas: experiment with outreach strategies for secondary personas to expand ICP.
• Generate High-Volume Pipeline: own top-of-funnel growth and book high-intent discovery meetings for the Founding Account Executive.
• Design the Playbook: document what works with Sales Leadership to create templates and best practices for future SDRs.
• Leverage AI & Sales Infrastructure: select, implement, and optimize AI-native prospecting stack for research, trigger tracking, and hyper-personalized messaging.
• Continuous Feedback Loop: gather market feedback to refine product positioning and GTM messaging.
