REVER AI (YC S22) is seeking a leader to launch and operate the DACH market, onboarding fashion and eCommerce brands in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will tackle the €20B+ returns challenge and work with logistics carriers, fulfilment partners, and ERP/CMS integrations from Barcelona or remotely within Spain.

Responsabilidades

• Launch the DACH market operations for REVER.
• Onboard first brands by coordinating with logistics carriers, fulfilment players, and e-commerce experts.
• Assist clients with technical integrations with carriers, warehouses, ERP, and CMS systems.
• Collaborate with customers, GTM, and product teams to align strategies.
• Manage brand relationships and support their REVER experience.
• Provide insights from day-to-day operations to inform product development.
• Engage in strategic discussions to drive operational excellence.
• Offer analytical insights to help brands achieve goals.

Position Overview

Launch and operate the DACH market operations for REVER, onboarding and supporting e-commerce brands in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

You'll tackle the challenge of solving the massive €20B+ returns problem for e-commerce companies in Germany, where return rates range from 40–60% in fashion and footwear.

Responsibilities

• Launch the country operations for the DACH market.
• Onboard the first brands by managing a variety of external stakeholders, including logistics carriers, fulfilment players, and e-commerce experts.
• Exceed client expectations by helping them with technical integrations with their carriers, warehouses, ERP, and CMS systems.
• Work at the intersection between our customers, our GTM and product teams.
• Manage brand relationships and support them in their experience with REVER.
• Use your firsthand experience of our day-to-day operations to contribute to product development.
• Engage in strategic discussions to drive our operational excellence.
• Bring analytical insights on how to help brands achieve their goals.
• Surpass performance goals and thrive in our ambitious team environment, seizing opportunities for personal and company-wide growth.
