Drive Revel, S.L in Madrid is seeking an Operations Manager to build and optimize scalable processes that support rapid growth at a fast‑growing car tech company.

You will work cross‑functionally with leadership across and beyond Operations, tackle complex problems, and lead strategic projects—including AI deployments and new go‑to‑market initiatives to accelerate international expansion.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in operations or strategy roles.
• Ability to turn complex problems into actionable solutions.
• Analytical rigor paired with strategic thinking and execution.
• Clear, confident cross-team communication.
• Fluency in Italian, Spanish and English; other European languages a plus.

Now, we're looking for a talented Operations Manager to join our Operations team and take ownership of key strategic initiatives that will fuel our next stage of growth.

Your mission:

• Build and optimize scalable processes to sustain REVEL’s rapid growth

• Work cross-functionally with leadership across and beyond Operations to tackle critical business challenges

• Lead strategic projects with real-world impact on our growth, efficiency, and customer experience. Examples include: i) Deploying AI across Operations to boost speed, quality and scale ii) Rethinking how cars get to customers faster, cheaper, smarter iii) Defining and executing go-to-market strategies to accelerate our international expansion

We're looking for someone who:

• Has 1-3 years of experience with operations and / or strategy content (e.g., within consulting, tech companies, FMCG)

• Is comfortable with ambiguity and loves turning complex problems into actionable solutions

• Combines analytical rigor with strategic thinking and strong execution

• Communicates clearly and confidently across teams and levels

• Speaks fluent Italian, Spanish and English; other European languages are a plus
