Job summary

Maisa is hiring a hands-on HR leader to own people operations across Spain and international hires. You will partner with leadership to design clear policies, manage onboarding, contracts, leaves, benefits and offboarding, and ensure scalable processes as the company grows.

You’ll implement policy playbooks in Revolut People, handle complex worker classifications, and work cross-functionally with Finance, Legal and department heads to sustain a culture of high engagement and fair practices.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Spanish labour law and employment practices.
• Proven experience in employee relations and labour negotiations.
• Ability to build and maintain HR policies across fast-growing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead leadership partnership and employee relations for Spain and international hires.
• Own onboarding, contracts, leaves, benefits and offboarding with clear guidance.
• Design and implement policy landings in Revolut People across time zones.
• Collaborate daily with Finance, Legal and department heads to scale HR operations.
