Job summary

JetBrains is seeking a founding GTM Engineering Lead to build GrowthBricks, turning GTM challenges into scalable systems and shaping the product with real customer learnings.

You will work hands-on with customers, design signal pipelines and automation, integrate APIs and AI agents, and ship features alongside the founders and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to understand their GTM workflows, systems, data, and bottlenecks.
• Turn ambiguous business problems into working GTM systems.
• Help build signal pipelines, account intelligence systems, enrichment and qualification workflows, outbound and CRM automation, and agentic workflows using GrowthBricks.
• Work hands-on with tools such as CRMs, enrichment platforms, sales engagement tools, APIs, automation platforms, and AI agents.
• Connect GrowthBricks to customers’ existing GTM stack rather than rebuilding it.
• Identify patterns across customers and turn them into reusable product capabilities.
• Work closely with the product founder and engineering team to shape GrowthBricks, including building and shipping features yourself.
