Breakneck Studio, an incubator and accelerator, is hiring its first marketing lead to drive growth across paid channels. You will own campaigns, craft creative concepts, and accelerate performance while collaborating directly with the founder to shape the company’s marketing playbook and long-term strategy.

You’ll operate in a fast-moving, remote-from-EU environment, with equity options and a mission to scale 30+ brands globally.

Formación

• 4-8 years hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Managed >$2.5m in ad spend across Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit.
• Startup experience in marketplace or B2B2C environments.

Responsabilidades

• Own paid acquisition across channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit).
• Launch, manage, and scale campaigns with full ownership of metrics.
• Create ad concepts, write copy, storyboard creatives, produce/directed UGC content.
• Build testing frameworks to generate winning creatives.
• Analyze funnels, identify growth opportunities, improve conversions.
• Set up tracking, attribution, and reporting systems.
• Collaborate with founder on growth strategy and execution.
