Foxelli Group is seeking a Marketing Manager for a 6‑month maternity cover, fully remote. You’ll bridge marketing, design, and development to translate customer insights into high‑performing landing pages, funnels, and campaigns that drive clicks, reads, and purchases.

You’ll lead data‑driven strategies, craft persuasive copy, optimize CRO, and collaborate with designers and developers. Remote work across multiple regions with a focus on e‑commerce growth and experimentation.

Formación

• Experience as a Marketing Manager or full‑stack marketer in e‑commerce.
• Hands‑on experience building with AI tools, coding workshops, workflow automations, etc.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing and performance marketing.
• Ability to write clear, persuasive, not‑boring copy.
• Knowledge of CRO and website optimization.
• Love looking at data and asking “What actually sells?”.
• Organized and good at managing projects.
• Experience working with designers and developers.
• Can manage your own time and work remotely.
• Cares about customers and research.
• Gets excited about e‑commerce growth.

Responsabilidades

• Strategy & Growth: Build and run marketing strategies that support real business goals.
• Creative & Content: Write copy for ads, landing pages, and funnels that sounds human and sells; review design work for on‑brand conversion.
• Landing Pages & Website Optimization: QA landing pages, run A/B tests, and work with developers on updates.
• Team Glue: Be the bridge between marketing, design, and development; create clear briefs; track progress.
• Customer Research & Insights: Collect and analyze customer feedback and data; identify pain points.
• AI Tools & Smarter Execution: Use AI to speed tasks, test ideas, and move faster.
