SonarSource is launching Customer Success Engineering — a brand-new function at Sonar, built from Barcelona. As a founding CSE, you'll help write the playbook.

We are proactive technical advisors who own the health, maturity, and growth of a customer portfolio — with AI at the core of how we operate, keeping a pulse on every account so we focus our energy where it creates the most impact. You'll turn customer insights into technical plans, drive growth, and partner with Sales on expansion

Formación

• Hands-on experience in DevOps, software engineering, or platform roles with CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows.
• Understanding how code quality and security fit into CI/CD and developer workflows.
• Strong communication skills, able to explain complex tech to non-technical stakeholders.
• Analytical mind to spot patterns, connect data, and translate into concrete actions.
• Energetic, coachable, resilient, and able to work across a global team.

Responsabilidades

• Own a customer portfolio as the trusted technical advisor across onboarding, adoption, health, and value realization.
• Act on signals from AI to identify risks/opportunities and drive measurable outcomes.
• Lead maturity assessments and outcome reviews to improve customer success.
• Translate customer priorities into technical plans that maximize platform value.
• Provide handoffs to Sales with expansion signals and renewal insights.
