Murphy AI is seeking a Founder's Associate to work directly alongside the founders on strategic bets, new processes, and organizational transformation. You will own outcomes end to end, from market sizing to financial modeling, serving as the founder's right hand across the company.

You will engage on high-impact initiatives, scale across markets, and help drive decisions with rigorous analysis. This is a fast-track role with significant ownership and impact in a growing AI startup.

Formación

• Top university graduate with strong academic record.
• Able to own outcomes and execute quickly in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Proactive, autonomous and comfortable with ambiguity.

Responsabilidades

• Run high-stakes special projects like fundraising or strategic initiatives.
• Do research to shape company direction across markets, competitors and regulation.
• Turn strategy into shipped reality from thesis to execution in new countries or businesses.
• Get hands-on with operations to remove bottlenecks and enable growth.
