PodForge is seeking a Founder-in-Residence/CEO to productize delivery for SMBs. You will define playbooks for IT and business ops, build the first 3-person pods, and prove a repeatable, margin-driven service delivery model with SLA governance.

You will close the first sales, own the revenue engine, hire and ramp the pods, and ensure weekly ROI reviews. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution to scale to recurring revenue.

Formación

• Proven track record in operations management or agency leadership.
• Experience documenting and systemizing SOPs.
• Ability to sell complex operational solutions to founders, COOs, and heads of engineering.
• Strong financial acumen to manage unit economics, gross margins, and pricing tiers.

Responsabilidades

• Define the playbook: standardize delivery for IT and business ops and create a repeatable onboarding SOP.
• Close the first 2-3 SMB clients and prove initial revenue from the new model.
• Own the revenue engine: build a repeatable sales pipeline and manage key KPIs.
• Hire and ramp pods: recruit pod leads and staff to hit productivity within SLA.
• Ensure SLA adherence: establish weekly ROI reviews and continuous improvement.
