METT Barcelona, a 5-star hotel, invites you to join as a Food & Beverage Trainee to begin your professional journey in luxury hospitality. You will assist in daily restaurant and bar operations and help deliver warm, personalized service to our guests.

This is a paid, 6-month full-time internship in Barcelona, offering mentorship, staff meals, and hands-on career-building experience within a dynamic hospitality team.

Formación

• Current student in hospitality or a related program.
• Willingness to learn and develop hospitality skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in daily restaurant and bar operations
• Support service staff in welcoming and serving guests
• Learn to set up and clear tables according to standards
• Help prepare and present food and beverages when required
• Gain experience with order taking
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
• Observe and assist in following health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Support special events and banquets as needed
• Learn guest interaction and hospitality best practices

What You Will Learn & Do as a Food & Beverage Trainee:

• Assist in daily restaurant and bar operations
• Support service staff in welcoming and serving guests
• Learn to set up and clear tables according to standards

What are we looking for?

• A current university or school student related to the industry
• Friendly, proactive, and eager to learn
• Available for a 6-month full-time internship
• Able to sign a collaboration agreement with your school
• Legally authorized to work in Spain or enrolled in a university approved for internships within the EU
