METT Barcelona, a luxury 5-star hotel, is seeking a Sales & Marketing Trainee to support daily operations and assist with campaigns, events, and client inquiries. You will gain exposure to hotel sales strategies, market positioning, and business development within an international lifestyle hospitality group.

Ideal candidates are current students in Hospitality, Marketing, or related fields, with fluent English and Spanish, available for six months full-time, and able to sign a collaboration

Formación

• Must be a current university or school student in Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Available for a 6-month full-time internship and able to sign a collaboration agreement with your school.
• Legally authorized to work in Spain or enrolled in a university approved for internships within the EU.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Sales & Marketing team in daily operations and projects.
• Learn about hotel sales strategies, market positioning, and business development.
• Assist with the coordination of groups, events, and client inquiries.
• Support marketing campaigns, social media initiatives, and promotional activities.
• Gain experience in market research, competitor analysis, and reporting.
• Help maintain databases, sales reports, and client relationships.
• Develop communication, organizational, and commercial skills within a luxury hospitality environment.
• Learn how different hotel departments collaborate to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
