METT Barcelona is offering a six‑month full‑time internship across multiple areas such as Finance, Human Resources, Reservations, Guest Experience, Spa, IT and F&B. This role invites proactive students to join a luxury hotel environment and gain hands‑on experience while contributing to daily operations and guest satisfaction.

Applicants should be current students, able to sign a collaboration agreement with their school, and legally authorized to work in Spain or enrolled in an EU internship

• Current university or school student related to the industry.
• Available for a 6-month full-time internship.
• Able to sign a collaboration agreement with your school.
• Legally authorized to work in Spain or enrolled in a university approved for internships within the EU.

Responsabilidades

• Gain hands-on experience across internship areas such as Finance, HR, Reservations, Guest Experience, Spa, IT, and F&B.
• Collaborate with a passionate team to contribute to exceptional guest experiences.
• Engage in mentorship and development opportunities and participate in training sessions.
