Sineng Electric in Spain is seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer to be the technical lead for our Power Conversion System and energy storage solutions. You will work directly with clients and the sales team to translate requirements into competitive proposals.

The role requires 3+ years in pre-sales or technical support for energy storage PCS, a solid grasp of BESS standards, and strong English communication. Frequent travel may be expected.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years in a pre-sales or technical support role within energy storage PCS.
• Strong understanding of BESS applications and standards.
• Excellent English (written and spoken) is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary technical expert for PCS and energy storage solutions with clients and sales.
• Analyze requirements and design tailored technical proposals and system schematics.
• Lead technical bid preparation to ensure high-quality, compliant submissions.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform strategy and positioning.
• Serve as the technical liaison between Sales, R&D, and Project Delivery during the sales cycle.
• Provide training and support to sales staff, partners, and key clients.
• Represent the company at industry events to showcase capabilities.

• Lead the technical preparation for bids and tenders, ensuring high-quality and compliant submissions.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to provide insights for strategy and product positioning in the market.
• Act as the key technical liaison between Sales, R&D, and Project Delivery teams throughout the sales cycle.
• Provide technical training and support to sales staff, partners, and key clients.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote technical expertise and solutions.

Requirements

• 1.Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related field.
• 2.Minimum 3 years of experience in a pre-sales, technical support role within energy storage PCS.
• 3.Solid understanding of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) applications and standards.
• 4.Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• 5.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• 6.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and willing to undertake frequent travel.
