Sineng Electric seeks a pre-sales technical expert to lead engagements around Power Conversion Systems (PCS) and energy storage solutions in Spain. You will work with clients and sales teams to turn requirements into competitive proposals and schematics.

The role demands a solid BESS background, strong communication and presentation skills, and readiness to travel as needed. English fluency is mandatory, and the successful candidate will support bids, train staff, and represent the company at

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years in a pre-sales, technical support role within energy storage PCS.
• Solid understanding of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) applications and standards.
• Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and willing to undertake frequent travel.

• Conduct market and competitor analysis to provide insights for strategy and product positioning in the market.
• Act as the key technical liaison between Sales, R&D, and Project Delivery teams throughout the sales cycle.
• Provide technical training and support to sales staff, partners, and key clients.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote technical expertise and solutions.
