Job summary

Santander UK in Fareham is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to support customers in-branch and by phone. The role is 21 hours per week on a rota basis between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Saturday, at Fareham Branch.

You will be a listener and problem solver, handling transactions, assisting with technology in the banking hall, and protecting customers against fraud. A multi-skilled, flexible approach is key.

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone.
• Assisting with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing.
• Answering customer calls into our contact centre.
• Building relationships and finding solutions.
• Developing knowledge of services and products to help customers.
• Identifying new ways to improve the customer experience.
