Job summary

Santander UK is hiring a Customer Service Consultant at the TSB Elgin branch. You will support personal banking customers across face‑to‑face, telephone and video channels, guiding them to use digital services and tools.

You will build trusted relationships by delivering personalised service, understanding customer needs, and recommending suitable products while maintaining a high standard of service. This 12-month FTC role offers a starting salary of £25,000 plus a £500 flexible benefit

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service across multiple channels
• Experience supporting customers with financial products or services
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment

Responsibilities

• Supporting customers across face‑to‑face, telephone and video channels to meet their banking needs
