Job summary

Bolt is seeking a Senior Operations Specialist to join the Bolt Rides team in Madrid. You will lead high‑impact fleet initiatives that boost growth, manage car branding and fleet agreements, and define the strategy to roll out in every city with measurable impact on engagement and unit economics.

Reporting to a Senior Operations Manager, you will work cross‑functionally with Central Operations, Growth Analytics, Legal and Product.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years in analytical, commercial, operational, strategy, or project‑leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the car branding strategy across Spain.
• Manage relationships with fleets and drivers as main contact.
• Analyze fleet, city, cohort, and market data; provide insights.
• Own the P&L for a cluster of cities; manage forecasts and budgets.
• Develop, negotiate, launch, monitor fleet and driver incentive programmes.
• Lead a small operations team and cross‑functional projects; use AI tools to scale.
