Job summary

Santander seeks an Analyst for the Fixed Income Middle Office to provide front-to-back trade support, reconciliation, and client service across multiple products. You will collaborate with Trading, Sales, Operations, Finance, Compliance, and Technology to drive accuracy and timely settlement.

Responsibilities include trade validation, lifecycle management, and reporting, with a focus on process improvement and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Fixed Income Operations or Middle Office.
• Experience with trade settlement, reconciliation, and client servicing is desirable.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reconciliation.
• Familiarity with Fixed Income market structure and settlement processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-to-back trade support across Fixed Income desks.
• Conduct daily reconciliations of trading, settlement, and accounting data.
• Resolve trade breaks, settlement fails, and client inquiries.
• Support onboarding of new clients and accounts.
• Partner with Traders, Operations, Compliance, and Tech on governance.
• Prepare daily P&L and management information.
