Santander is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst for its Cards organization. You will bridge Business, Operations, Technology, Finance and external payment schemes to optimize clearing and settlement, ensuring accurate processing and reconciliation across markets.

The role requires deep knowledge of card payment ecosystems, regulatory compliance, and experience with ISO 8583 messaging and AI-assisted tooling to enhance analysis and productivity.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Certifications in Payments, Cards, Business Analysis, or Financial Services are advantageous.
• Experience in Cards/Payments or Financial Services.
• Strong understanding of Visa & Mastercard clearing and settlement processes.
• Experience with reconciliation and card payment processing.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze end-to-end card transaction flows from authorization to clearing and settlement.
• Define and improve clearing and settlement processes.
• Monitor Visa and Mastercard rule changes and assess business impact.
• Collaborate with Technology, Operations, Finance and Risk teams.
• Coordinate implementation activities across stakeholders and ensure proper controls.
