Santander Corporate & Investment Banking seeks a Sr. Analyst/Associate to structure and execute complex trade receivables transactions globally.

You will work with origination teams across countries, support risk and legal negotiations, and contribute to product development within a fast-moving trade receivables franchise. Formación

• Experience (3 years+) in trade receivables portfolio analysis and credit underwriting.
• Solid understanding of trade credit insurance policies is desirable.
• Proven track record of structuring transactions from an investment banking background.

Responsabilidades

• Structure and execute structured trade receivables deals across geographies.
• Originate structured trade receivables transactions across countries.
• Support risk department approvals and negotiate legal documentation.
• Develop new products within a fast-paced trade receivables franchise.
• Engage with Private Equity firms for strategic origination and execution.
