Embat is a fast-growing FinTech scale-up rewriting how mid-market and enterprise customers interact with their money. As a Customer Support Associate, you will translate doubts into concrete solutions, becoming the voice of the customer and the first point of trust.

You’ll bridge product, marketing, sales, and implementation to turn today’s reports into tomorrow’s improvements, ensuring relationships stay strong even when issues arise.

Formación

• Experience in ticketing management and a customer service profile.
• Knowledge of CRM software (Zendesk).
• Hands-on attitude and willingness to get things done.
• Interest in fintech and ability to work across teams.
• Spanish and English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and follow-up all customer doubts and issues.
• Understand customer needs as feedback for platform improvement.
• Develop and maintain the knowledge base for customers.
• Proactively resolve problems and build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, sales and implementation teams to resolve issues.
