Embat is scaling rapidly and leveraging its FinTech stack to deliver a modern financial operating system for mid‑market and enterprise clients. We seek a senior customer success/treasury specialist who can guide onboarding, nurture relationships, resolve issues, and drive renewals across our global client base.

You will collaborate with founders, enjoy ongoing education, and benefit from a hybrid work setup with generous vacation and flexible remuneration options.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in treasury management, auditing, transactions, consultancy or related field in fintech.
• Hybrid profile willing to collaborate with diverse teams and have global impact.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer-centric attitude and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to learn new software and tools quickly.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.
• Working proficiency in English and fluent in Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Onboarding and training new customers through the onboarding process for our SaaS product.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships as the primary contact.
• Provide timely customer support and coordinate with internal teams.
• Advocate for customers' needs and feedback to improve products.
• Monitor customer health metrics and address potential churn risks.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and renewals by demonstrating value.

What will you do?

• Onboarding & Training: Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand and effectively use our SaaS product.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact.
• Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to resolve customer issues, coordinating with internal teams as necessary.
• Customer Advocacy: Advocate for customers' needs and feedback within the company, ensuring our products continuously meet their evolving requirements.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address potential issues to prevent churn.
• Upselling & Renewal: Identify opportunities for upselling and ensure successful renewals by demonstrating the value of our products.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in treasury management, auditing, transactions, consultancy or a related field in financial technology industry.
• Hybrid profile willing to work with different teams and have a global impact. Ability to understand the big picture.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information.
• Customer‑Centric Attitude: A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
• Problem‑Solving Skills: Proactive and analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues and develop practical solutions.
• Technical Aptitude: Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new software and tools.
• Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Languages: Working proficiency in English & fluent in Spanish.
