Revolut is seeking ambitious graduates to join its Sales Graduate Programme as an Account Executive for Revolut Business. You will kick off with a focused bootcamp and then work with real clients, solving real problems, and building relationships across a global team.

Fluent English and Greek are required, and you will graduate in 2024, 2025 or 2026. This high‑pace program offers hands‑on training, exposure to cutting‑edge fintech solutions, and a pathway into a fast‑growing sales organization.

• Excellent communication skills over the phone.

Responsabilidades

• Outreach to prospects across multiple touchpoints, including cold calling.
• Developing and executing a robust lead sourcing strategy.
• Build and manage your own pipeline from prospecting to close and upsell.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Be autonomous in balancing prospecting, closing, and upsell activities.
• Use solution-based selling to understand customer needs and communicate value.
• Become a product expert on Revolut Business and its solutions.
