UST is seeking a Data migration specialist to join our Fintech team in Madrid.

Location: Madrid, Hybrid model with 3 days in the office. You will design, develop and optimize end-to-end data migration solutions for CRM systems in financial services, leveraging Python, SQL and PL/SQL.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's or Master's in CS/IS/SE/Data Eng with 5+ years of experience in data migration, large datasets, and enterprise projects, plus strong analytical skills.

Formación

• Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in data migration, database development, or data integration projects.
• Proven experience delivering complex data migration projects in enterprise environments.
• Experience with CRM systems in financial industries.
• Hands-on experience with large datasets and mission-critical systems.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL and Python.
• Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS).

Responsabilidades

• Perform data migration design, development, and optimization for end-to-end CRM data pipelines.
• Analyze source and target systems to define migration strategies and mapping specifications.
• Develop and maintain SQL, PL/SQL, and Python scripts to extract, transform, validate, and load data.
