UST is seeking a Test Data Management Specialist to join a banking-sector client project in Madrid. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement (3 days in office, 2 days WFH) and open relocation.

You will design, transform, and provision test data, ensure referential integrity, and collaborate with IDMC and TDM teams. We value at least 3 years in TDM, strong SQL and DB experience (Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL), knowledge of SDLC/Agile, and English fluency.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Test Data Management, preferably within financial services or highly regulated environments.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with relational databases (Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
• Familiarity with Software Delivery Lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Design, extract, transform, and provision test data sets for UAT, TST50, TST60, UAT10 and other test environments.
• Guarantee referential integrity of test data across interconnected systems.
• Develop and manage reusable synthetic and masked datasets representing real-world client scenarios (onboarding, advising, compliance checks, transaction flows).
• Coordinate with IDMC and Test Data Management teams on environment refresh activities and data population plans.
• Support automation of test data provisioning using scripting (SQL, Python, Shell) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Docker, Git).
