UST is seeking a Data migration specialist to join our Fintech team in Madrid. The role offers a hybrid work model with 1–2 days on site and requires 5+ years of experience in data migration and CRM data projects.

The candidate should have a strong background in SQL, PL/SQL and Python, with a degree in Computer Science or related field and experience in large-scale data environments. English is required, and the company provides extensive benefits and career growth opportunities.

• Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data migration, database development, or data integration projects.
• Proven experience delivering complex data migration projects within enterprise environments.
• Experience with CRM systems in financial industries.
• Hands-on experience with large datasets and mission-critical business systems.
• Strong knowledge in SQL, PL/SQL and Python.
• Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS).

Responsabilidades

• Design end-to-end data migration solutions for CRM systems.
• Analyze source and target systems to define migration strategies and mappings.
• Perform data mapping, transformation and loading to ensure data integrity.
• Develop and maintain SQL, PL/SQL and Python scripts for ETL tasks.
• Deliver data migration projects within enterprise environments.

Skills

• Database Analysis Perform advanced data analysis using Python and SQL.
• Conduct data profiling, quality assessments, and impact analyses.
• Generate migration reports
• Transformation and Migration Design, develop, execute, and optimize end-to-end data migration solutions for CRM solutions.
• Analyze source and target systems to define migration strategies and mapping specifications.
• Perform detailed data mapping, transformation and loading activities to ensure data consistency and integrity.
• Develop and maintain complex SQL, PL/SQL and Python scripts to support extraction, transformation, validation, and loading of data.

Mandatory requirements:

• Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data migration, database development, or data integration projects.
• Proven experience delivering complex data migration projects within enterprise environments.
• Experience with CRM systems in financial industries
• Hands-on experience working with large datasets and mission-critical business systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong knowledge in SQL, PL/SQL and Python

Work location: Spain

Work mode: Hybrid 1-2 days on site.
