The Lemon Consulting in Benalmádena, Spain, is looking for a customer support specialist to handle incoming calls via telephone, email, voicemail, chats and other alerts, and to resolve users' demands within SLA. You will log call details, maintain knowledge of our applications, and escalate issues following project processes.

Fluency in Finnish with advanced level in English or Spanish is required, plus strong communication and customer-care skills.

Formación

• Finnish language proficiency (bilingual) with advanced level in English or Spanish
• Customer-care skills: listening to and understanding customer needs
• Ability to take ownership of calls and progress to resolution/escalation
• Excellent communication skills and adaptability
• Working knowledge of IT platforms, equipment and applications (Windows/MS Office)

Responsabilidades

• Take incoming calls via telephone, email, voicemail, chats or alerts and resolve user demands
• Log call details and provide response and resolution within SLA
• Maintain product knowledge and expertise for customer applications
• Escalate potential service issues and follow project processes
• Complete administrative duties as required
