The Lemon Consulting in Benalmadena is looking for a customer care specialist fluent in Finnish with advanced English or Spanish. You will handle incoming calls, log details, maintain product knowledge, escalate issues according to project processes, and perform administrative duties.

This full-time role offers a 39-hour week with a rotative schedule from 08:00 to 19:00, a base salary of €21,000 gross per year plus up to €3,000 in bonuses, and full paid training.

Formación

• Fluent in Finnish with advanced English or Spanish.
• Strong customer care and listening skills.
• Ability to progress calls to resolution or escalate as needed.
• Excellent communication and adaptability.
• Working knowledge of Windows, MS Office, and basic internet configuration.

Responsabilidades

• Take incoming customer calls (via telephone, email, voicemail, chats, or other alerts) and solve users' demands.
• Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA.
• Maintain service and product knowledge for applications specific to individual customers.
• Escalate potential service issues following the project processes.
• Understand and comply with administrative duties.
