Cross Border Talents seeks a Finnish-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our on-site team in Málaga, Spain. You will support well-known brands in fashion, handling inquiries across phone, email, chat, and more, ensuring a positive customer experience.

You must be fluent in Finnish, with advanced English or Spanish, and comfortable with a rotating schedule. You’ll document interactions and contribute to service improvements through collaboration and training.

About the Position

Join an international customer service team supporting well-known brands in the fashion industry. In this role, you will assist Finnish-speaking customers and help ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Your Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries received by phone, email, chat, voicemail, and other communication channels.
• Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions or escalates cases when necessary.
• Record customer interactions accurately in the relevant systems.
• Ensure timely responses and resolutions in line with service standards.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and customer support procedures.
• Escalate potential service issues to the appropriate team members.
