Job summary

Cross Border Talents is hiring a Finnish-speaking Fashion Support Consultant to handle inbound customer contacts on-site in Malaga, delivering prompt solutions and maintaining product knowledge across client applications.

You will log interactions, meet SLA targets, and escalate issues per project procedures while supporting language needs in Finnish plus English or Spanish. Rotating shifts, including weekends, are required.

Qualifications

• Proficient or bilingual in Finnish with an advanced level of English or Spanish.
• Excellent communication skills and adaptability.
• Customer care skills – ability to listen to and understand the customers' need.
• EU passport or valid Spanish Residence Card.
• Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming customer calls (via telephone, email, voicemail, chats, or other automated alerts) and solve users' demands.
• Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA.
• Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers.
• Escalate potential service issues initially with Mentor. To follow all the processes and procedures of the project.
• Understand and comply with administrative duties.

Job description

Role: Finnish-speaking Fashion Support Consultant
Location: Malaga, Spain - On-site
Start Date: 1 November, 2026

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary 21.000 euros gross/year + up to 3.000 euros gross/year in bonus
• Full-time 39 hours/week permanent contract: rotating schedule Monday - Sunday, between 08:00 - 19:00

Relocation Support

Receive up to 500€ as a bonus to cover your relocation expenses. This amount will be included in your payroll during your first or second full month.
