Capgemini Invent, the strategic consulting and digital transformation unit of Capgemini Group, is expanding its Banking & Financial Services team in Spain and seeking Managers and Senior Managers to drive growth.

The role combines business development with leadership of transformation initiatives for leading financial institutions, including payments, consumer finance, retail banking, and banking transformation.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within the financial services sector.
• Build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers across banks, financial institutions, and fintech companies.
• Lead end-to-end consultative sales processes.
• Prepare and present commercial proposals, RFP responses, and executive presentations.
• Design and execute account growth strategies, including acquisition of new clients.
• Identify client needs and translate them into consulting opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic transformation initiatives.

We are expanding our Banking & Financial Services team and are looking to hire several Managers and Senior Managers to drive the growth of our practice in Spain.

We are seeking professionals who combine deep financial services expertise with a strong commercial mindset and a proven ability to generate new business opportunities. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience and industry networks in one or more of the following areas:
