NBCUniversal Madrid is seeking a Finance/Accounting professional to join our regional finance team. The role focuses on cost control, reporting, and month-end processes, supporting SAP-based reporting and Concur expense reviews.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Accounting/Finance, is fluent in Spanish and English, and works well in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office is expected; prior experience with SAP/Concur is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Liaise with Marketing and Sales to monitor P&A budget and actual expenses.
• Collaborate in reporting to HO and run SAP-based reports and analyses.
• Assist with month-end/quarter-end processes.
• Review expense reports using CONCUR.
• Supervise invoices accounting.
• Follow up on AP/AR outsourced activities and produce daily KPI reports.
• Assist with external, internal, statutory, tax and title audits.
• Reconcile customer and vendor balances.
• Participate in ad hoc projects.

Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:

• Liaise with different departments locally (Marketing and Sales) to keep track of P&A budget and actual expenses
• Collaboration in the reporting to HO, running reports and analysing the data with SAP software
• Assist with month-end/quarter-end processes
• Review of expense reports using the tool CONCUR
• Supervision of invoices accounting
• Follow up of AP and AR outsourced activities, producing daily reports and analysis of KPIs
• Assist with external, internal, statutory, tax and title audits
• Customer and vendor balances reconciliation
• Assist with any other ad hoc projects

Qualifications

• University Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Economics (University Diploma or Certificate will be requested)
• University studies must have been completed within the last 3 years
• Fluent in Spanish & English
• Good track record as a team player
• Ability to cope in a fast, dynamic environment
• Adaptable and able to support business priorities when required.
• Willingness to learn and can-do attitude
• Ability to self-motivate and a drive to deliver
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Written and verbal communication skills, and ability to analyse and present financial data
• Keen interest in film & the entertainment industry
