NBCUniversal is seeking an accounting professional for its Spain operations in Benidorm. The role involves liaising with departments to manage P&A budgets, reporting to headquarters, and supporting month-end and audits.

Fluency in Spanish and English is required, along with a university degree in a relevant field. The candidate will work with SAP, CONCUR, and standard Microsoft Office tools, handling invoices and balance reconciliations, and supporting ad hoc projects in a fast-paced media

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in accounting, finance, business administration or economics.
• Studies completed within the last 3 years.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• Excellent teamwork skills and ability to cope in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present financial data.

Responsabilidades

• Liaise with Marketing and Sales locally to track P&A budget and actual expenses.
• Collaborate in reporting to HO, run reports and analyse data with SAP.
• Assist with month-end and quarter-end processes.
• Review expense reports using CONCUR.
• Supervise invoices accounting.
• Follow up on AP and AR outsourced activities; produce daily KPI reports.
• Assist with audits (external, internal, statutory and tax).
• Reconcile customer and vendor balances.
• Support other ad hoc projects as needed.
