Job summary

Glovo is seeking a Finance Lead for the Marketplace Experience team to own the P&L end-to-end, set forecasting cadence, and build tools that give leadership visibility.

This senior finance role partners with delivery, country ops, and BPO partners across markets; a strong background in consulting, banking, or corporate finance is required, with hands-on modelling and a high ownership mindset. Position is based in Barcelona, Spain.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience across consulting, investment banking, audit, or corporate/operational finance with real P&L ownership.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
• Strong financial acumen: hands-on P&L ownership, advanced modelling, and unit economics.
• Sharp analytical judgment and ability to influence senior stakeholders without formal authority.
• Fluent in English; advanced Excel and SQL/BI skills.

Responsibilities

• Own financial reporting and forecasting end to end for Marketplace Experience operations.
• Set analytical agenda and drive decisions on key cost drivers and unit economics.
• Design and own the financial toolkit: models, dashboards, and self-serve frameworks.
• Act as finance business partner to Service Delivery Leads, country operations, BPO partners, and HQ FP&A.
• Lead deep-dives on material variances, size the impact, and drive corrective action.
• Own finance workstreams on strategic programs: cost reduction, BPO efficiency, capacity/investment decisions.
• Raise the bar for the finance and operations community; mentor junior analysts.
