Glovo is seeking an experienced Finance & Ops Lead for Marketplace Experience to own the financial narrative, cost performance, and governance of the Customer Refunds & Compensations team globally. You will drive cost optimization, build robust FP&A processes, and guide leadership with clear, data-driven storytelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting is required.
• 5+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Controlling, Strategy, or Operations.
• Ability to connect operational metrics to financial impact and build robust Plans and BE revisions.
• Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority to drive global cost-saving projects.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive global R&C financial KPIs; track cost performance against BP and BE.
• Lead financial planning for R&C; create BP, reforecasts, and BE revisions.
• Challenge cross-functional teams on cost deviations and implement measurable action plans.
• Build scalable financial dashboards to guide decision-making across markets.
