Job summary

Glovo is seeking a Finance & Ops Lead for Marketplace Experience to own the financial narrative, cost performance, and governance of the Refunds & Compensations team globally. You will identify value loss drivers, quantify their impact, and push for structural cost efficiency across markets.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to build BP, reforecasts, and BE revisions, deliver monthly governance, and develop UX-friendly dashboards that guide decisions across all regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting.
• 5+ years in Finance, FP&A, Controlling, Strategy, or Operations.
• Ability to connect operational metrics to financial impact.
• Experience influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Strong problem-solving, data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own financial metrics for R&C, track cost performance and value loss.
• Lead FP&A: create the R&C BP, reforecasts, and BE revisions.
• Challenge regional teams on cost deviations with clear action plans.
• Lead Monthly Finance Review and governance reporting for senior management.
• Drive global cost optimization through cross-functional projects.
• Build scalable financial dashboards for decision-making across markets.
