Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd. seeks an IT Service Manager in the Finance domain to govern, deliver, and continually improve a portfolio of finance applications globally.

You will partner with Finance stakeholders, application managers, vendors, and project teams to ensure services remain reliable, compliant, secure, and aligned with business needs. In this senior role you will drive continuous improvement, manage key stakeholder relationships, and support the long-term development of the application

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in IT/Finance or related field.
• 8+ years of IT Service Management experience in a complex, international setting.
• Experience with enterprise applications and Managed Services in Finance domains.
• Proven track record managing senior stakeholders, vendors and cross-functional teams.
• ITIL certification and strong governance, controls, and risk management knowledge.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Experience with SAP or BlackLine is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of Finance applications supporting Accounting, Tax and Treasury globally.
• Ensure services meet business needs, compliance requirements, and operational standards.
• Monitor service performance, identify root causes, and drive continuous improvement.
• Build trusted relationships with Finance stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams.
• Lead strategic vendor relationships and support service governance and contracts.
