Job summary
SITA is seeking a Functional Lead – Finance Digitalisation & AI Transformation to steer the finance digitalisation program, drive AI adoption, and strengthen financial governance across ERP platforms. You will translate priorities into scalable, compliant solutions that enhance reporting, data quality, and operational efficiency.
Lead cross-functional delivery, coach teams, and embed responsible AI while maintaining strong financial controls and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems or a related discipline.
- 10+ years’ experience in finance digitalisation, financial systems and ERP, internal controls, reporting, process improvement and team leadership.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Financial ERP and enterprise-scale finance transformation.
Responsibilities
- Define and deliver the finance digitalisation and AI roadmap with measurable outcomes.
- Enable finance teams to adopt AI, automation and digital tools daily.
- Embed responsible AI with governance, data protection and controls.
- Provide leadership across Oracle Financial ERP and connected finance platforms.
