Hitachi ABB Power Grids seeks a Business Controller for its Power Consulting business across the UK and Spain. You will partner with leaders to drive performance, support strategic decisions, and enable profitable growth in a highly visible international role.

The role focuses on financial planning, reporting, governance, and cross-country business partnering, offering exposure to two markets and opportunities to grow within a global organization.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-7 years of experience in controlling, financial analysis, accounting, or business finance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial reporting skills.
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to communicate financial information effectively to non-finance stakeholders and collaborate in international teams.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a trusted finance business partner for the Power Consulting teams in the UK and Spain.
• Support strategic decision making through financial analysis and business insights.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and long-term business plans.
• Monitor business performance and identify risks, opportunities, and improvement actions.
• Deliver accurate monthly reporting, financial analysis, and performance reviews.
• Drive strong financial governance, compliance, and internal controls.
• Support audits, risk management activities, and balance sheet reviews.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, standardization, and data quality.
