Job summary

Aleph, Madrid-based, is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead finance-related initiatives in a hybrid setup. You will drive cross-functional teams, define scope and milestones, and implement AI-driven automation demonstrating measurable savings.

The role requires 5–8 years of IT project management experience, strong governance skills, and fluency in English; PMP preferred. Excellent stakeholder communication and budgeting expertise are essential.

Qualifications

5–8 years of IT project management, delivering end-to-end digital transformation.
Strong ability to manage multiple projects with KPIs, risk and dependency logs.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall and hybrid delivery; PMP preferred.
Experience delivering AI-driven automation in finance or regulated functions.
Excellent communication with Finance and IT stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Finance, IT and stakeholders to define scope, goals and milestones.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver IT projects on time, within scope and budget.
Establish governance, RACI, and escalation paths for projects.
Maintain integrated project plans, dependencies and milestones across workstreams.
Implement Agile/ Scrum/ Kanban or hybrid delivery adapted to finance deadlines.
Identify automation candidates and run pilots for AI-driven processes.
Prepare status reports, KPIs and manage vendor relationships and SOWs.
Coordinate integrations between finance and business systems, tests and releases.
Conduct post-implementation reviews and capture lessons learned.
