General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems is seeking a senior financial leader to oversee multiple financial functions, establish internal controls and guide strategic financial planning. The role requires coordinating with senior leadership on regular financial reporting and audits.

The candidate will lead a team of managers, drive performance, ensure compliance with GAAP, and support strategic decision making for the division in a global, high‑pace environment.

Formación

• Associate's Degree and 10–12 years' experience or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsabilidades

• Directs and oversees multiple financial functions in the organization.
• Establishes internal controls for monitoring assets, capital investments, costs and liquidity.
• Liaisons with senior leadership on monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements.
• Prepares for audits and ensures financial reporting complies with GAAP, FASB, and SEC mandates.
• Leads and directs work of other managers, with responsibility for hiring and performance management.
